We specialize in creating custom solutions and enhancing internal CRM applications to ensure the highest level of efficiency and client satisfaction.Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to serve as a key liaison between our marketing, web marketing, and technical teams. This role will focus on optimizing our Salesforce.com (SFDC) environment and integrating third-party tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supporting projects related to mergers and acquisitions and is a self-starter capable of managing complex tasks from end to end.Key Responsibilities:Business Analysis & Strategic Partnership: Partner with marketing and web marketing stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into clear functional and technical specifications. SFDC & Integrations Management: Serve as a subject matter expert on SFDC and lead the end-to-end integration process, from requirements gathering and design to implementation, testing, and post-launch support. Manage and support the integration ecosystem, ensuring seamless data flow between SFDC and various third-party marketing tools. Proactively troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, collaborating with both internal and external technical teams. M&A Project Leadership: Play a critical role in system consolidation and data migration during mergers and acquisitions, ensuring business continuity and data integrity. Tool Management & Optimization: Evaluate, implement, and optimize marketing technology tools to drive efficiency and enhance marketing performance. Process Improvement & Documentation: Analyze existing business processes and workflows, identifying opportunities for improvement and documenting best practices for long-term scalability. Reporting & Data Analysis: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable, data-driven insights to stakeholders.Qualifications:Experience:5-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst , with a proven track record in marketing and technology environments. Technical Skills: Expertise in Salesforce.com (SFDC) administration and integrations. Proficiency in data analysis, data mapping, and a strong understanding of data hygiene principles. Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and tools (e.g., Jira, Asana). Knowledge of various marketing tools, including marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Pardot) and web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics). Personal Attributes: A proactive, results-oriented "go-getter" who takes initiative and thrives in an environment with minimal supervision. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.Certifications: A Salesforce Administrator Certification is strongly preferred.
