The Business Analyst in the Life Sciences domain plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions within the over 8 years of experience, the individual will be responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing data, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation of projects that comply with industry standards and regulations.

In the rapidly evolving field of life sciences, this role is crucial in driving initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, improve patient outcomes, and ultimately contribute to the growth and success of the organization. The Business Analyst will leverage their analytical skills and domain expertise to provide insights that inform strategic decision-making, ensuring that business objectives align with technological solutions.

Key Responsibilities :


- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.

- Analyze and interpret complex data sets to drive business insights.

- Develop business models and process maps to identify areas for improvement.

- Collaborate with IT and project management teams to ensure alignment on project goals.

- Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit information from stakeholders.

- Prepare and deliver presentations to communicate findings and recommendations.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in all project activities.

- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the life sciences sector.

- Assist in the development of user acceptance testing (UAT) strategies.

- Support change management initiatives within the organization.

- Monitor project progress and provide updates to management and stakeholders.

- Identify and mitigate project risks throughout the project lifecycle.

- Maintain technical documentation and manage project artifacts.

- Serve as a subject matter expert in life sciences initiatives.

- Continuously seek opportunities for process enhancement and optimization.

Required Qualifications :

- Master's degree or relevant certification (i.e., CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred.

- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the life sciences domain.

- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements such as FDA, EMA, or GxP.

- Proven experience in data analysis and business intelligence tools.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience in stakeholder engagement and collaboration.

- Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.

- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).

- Experience with data visualization tools (i.e., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.

- Knowledge of clinical trials and drug development processes.

- Ability to translate complex technical information into business language.

- Willingness to stay updated with industry trends and advancements.
