Job Type: Full Time/ Permanent
Role: HR Associate /Sr.Associate
Experience: 3-5yrs
Qualification: Any Graduate
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling end to end process of recruitment .
- Develop and update job descriptions and specifications
- Interact with potential candidates using various Job Portals and professional networks
- Manage outbound facing engagement including , job boards, social media etc.,
- Interviewing applicants Screen via calls and conduct on-site interviews.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
- Extend job offers and facilitate pre-employment checks.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and reports.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Maintain candidate databases
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as recruiter.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
