Create succession org charts, talent pools, and bench strength analysis. - Integrate succession data with performance, compensation, and learning modules - Knowledge in identifying the talent gaps with career paths that link to development plans and learning activities (through SAP SuccessFactors Learning) - Experience with gap analysis and strategic roadmap/blueprint development - Strong executive presence and ability to interact with Customer Top Management
