Key Responsibilities: Leadend-to-end implementationandsupportfor thePerformance & Goals (PMGM)module. Conductrequirement workshops , analyze current performance processes, and recommend system-based solutions. ConfigureGoal Plans ,Performance Templates ,Competency Frameworks , andCalibration Settings . Managegoal alignment ,goal libraries , andcascading goals . IntegratePMGMmodule withEmployee Centraland other SuccessFactors modules. Develop and executetest scripts , performUAT , and handle post-go-livesupport and maintenance . Customizeform templates ,rating scales , androute mapsas per business requirements. Collaborate with HR and IT teams to optimize theperformance review cycleandgoal-setting process . Supportrelease management , testing, and deployment of quarterly SuccessFactors updates. Preparefunctional specifications ,configuration workbooks , andtraining materials . Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. 5+ yearsof total experience, withminimum 3 full-cycle implementationsinSuccessFactors Performance & Goals . In-depth knowledge of: Performance Form Template configuration Goal Plan Templates Competency Libraries Route Maps & Rating Scales Calibration setup Hands-on experience withXML template managementfor PMGM. Understanding ofRole-Based Permissions (RBP)andEmployee Central Integration . Strong communication and analytical skills with experience in client-facing roles. SAP Certified Application Associate – SuccessFactors Performance & Goals(preferred or mandatory depending on client).
