We’re hiring top-performing Sales Development Representatives, not beginners.If you’ve already built pipeline through high-effort cold calling and outbound campaigns for US mid-market clients, this role is for you.About the role:This is a target-driven outbound position where performance matters most. You’ll be engaging decision-makers across IT, Manufacturing, HR, and Marketing industries — driving qualified meetings through persistence, strong communication, and smart outreach.What you’ll do:- Run high-volume cold calling campaigns for US-based mid-market accounts - Execute outbound strategies across calls, email, and LinkedIn - Build early-stage relationships and book qualified meetings - Work closely with the sales team to refine outreach and messagingWhat we expect:- 2–3 years of proven B2B SDR experience (mandatory) - Hands-on experience running heavy cold calling campaigns - Experience with US-based prospects and time zones - Strong track record of hitting or exceeding targets - Energy, resilience, and a genuine love for outboundCompensation: ₹5–6 LPA fixed + performance bonus (OTE ₹7–9 LPA)Rewards are directly tied to results — if you consistently deliver, you’ll earn well.Who should apply:- Only experienced SDRs with a performance record - People who thrive on targets, numbers, and accountability - High-energy professionals who’ve done this before and want to keep winning- If you’re a top performer who loves outbound, this is your kind of role.
