Role Overview

Adamas Tech Consulting is hiring a full-time SAP Basis Consultant with strong expertise in SAP HANA, Fiori, and Datasphere for our client LTIMindtree (LTIM). The consultant will be responsible for SAP system administration, database management, Fiori launchpad setup, and Datasphere data integration, ensuring end-to-end smooth operations and optimized performance.

Key Responsibilities

SAP Basis / HANA

  • Install, configure, and maintain SAP S/4HANA systems and landscapes.
  • Manage system refreshes, upgrades, kernel patches, and support packages.
  • Administer SAP HANA databases (backup/restore, replication, monitoring, performance tuning).
  • Ensure system availability, high performance, and disaster recovery readiness.
  • Manage Transport Management System (TMS) and perform client copies.

SAP Fiori

  • Configure and administer SAP Fiori Launchpad, catalogs, groups, and roles.
  • Support Fiori app deployment, troubleshooting, and optimization.
  • Collaborate with functional and technical teams for integration and testing.

SAP Datasphere

  • Implement data modeling and integration within SAP Datasphere.
  • Manage data pipelines, transformations, and connections to SAP and non-SAP systems.
  • Ensure data governance, performance, and security in Datasphere.
  • Enable business users to access trusted analytics and reporting.

General

  • Perform system monitoring, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting.
  • Manage user administration, roles, and authorizations.
  • Support migration, integration, and cutover activities.
  • Prepare documentation, technical designs, and knowledge transfer.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years of SAP Basis experience with strong SAP HANA administration.
  • Hands-on expertise in SAP Fiori configuration and support.
  • Working knowledge of SAP Datasphere (Data Warehouse Cloud).
  • Strong understanding of system performance, monitoring, and security.
  • Experience with Linux/Unix OS administration.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Good to Have

  • Experience with SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform).
  • Knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
  • Involvement in S/4HANA migration/implementation projects.
  • SAP certifications in Basis, HANA, or Datasphere.

Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • SAP certifications preferred.
