Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Developer with strong hands-on experience in Machine Learning and Python.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable ML solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to cutting-edge AI-driven projects.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement robust machine learning models and algorithms for real-world applications.

- Develop and maintain Python-based data pipelines and ML workflows.

- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to integrate ML solutions into production systems.

- Conduct data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.

- Optimize model performance and scalability for deployment.

- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI/ML technologies.

- Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews and best practices.

Must-Have Skills :

- 46 years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning and Python.

- Strong understanding of ML algorithms, model evaluation metrics, and data preprocessing techniques.

- Experience with ML libraries and frameworks such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or XGBoost.

- Proficiency in working with large datasets, data wrangling, and visualization tools.

- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development practices.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Good to Have :

- Experience with Generative AI or Deep Learning.

- Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Knowledge of MLOps tools and practices.

- Background in Full Stack Development or Data Engineering.
