This role demands deep expertise in Azure, asecurity-first mindset , and hands-on experience acrosstraditional architectures, containerized deployments, and modern serverless systems. You’ll play a key role in defining cloud architecture, driving DevOps automation, and ensuring reliability, scalability, and security across client environments.Key Responsibilities 1. Cloud Infrastructure Design & Implementation Architect and deploy secure, scalable, and highly available cloud infrastructure on Azure. Implement and manage services such asAzure Virtual Machines, App Services, AKS, Azure Functions , etc. Design robust network topologies usingVNets, NSGs, Azure Firewall, Application Gateway , andPrivate Endpoints . 2. Monitoring, Optimization & Reliability Monitor system performance, uptime, and resource utilization. Optimize costs through rightsizing and performance tuning. Design and implementhigh availabilityanddisaster recoverystrategies aligned with RTO/RPO goals. 3. Automation & DevOps Build and manageInfrastructure as Code (IaC)usingTerraform, Bicep,orARM templates . Automate deployments and workflows usingAzure DevOps ,PowerShell , orPythonscripting. Support continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines. 4. Security & Compliance Implement best-in-class cloud security practices and access controls. Conductsecurity assessments ,threat modeling , andvulnerability management . Ensure compliance withorganizational, client, and regulatorystandards. 5. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Work closely withdevelopers, architects, and stakeholdersto deliver integrated cloud solutions. Troubleshoot complex cloud infrastructure issues. Stay current with the latest Azure technologies and recommend improvements.Qualifications & Experience Education Bachelor’s degree inComputer Science, Information Technology,or related field.Experience 5–8+ yearsof hands-on experience in Azure cloud infrastructure. Minimum1 year in a senior or lead cloud engineering capacity . Proven success designing and implementing Azure-based solutions for enterprise clients.Technical Skills Azure Networking:VNets, NSGs, Application Gateway, Azure Firewall, ExpressRoute, VPN Gateway, Private Link. Security:Azure AD, Key Vault, Defender, Sentinel, DDoS Protection. Automation:PowerShell, Python, Terraform, Bicep, ARM Templates. DevOps Tools:Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions. Containers:Docker, AKS (Kubernetes). Databases:Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, PostgreSQL, Redis Cache. Strong understanding ofmulti-tier, high-security, and distributed architectures.Certifications (Preferred) Microsoft Certified:Azure Administrator Associate Microsoft Certified:Azure Solutions Architect Expert Microsoft Certified:DevOps Engineer ExpertSoft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Passion for continuous learning and innovation.
