Operating from Redmond-WA, USA; Guadalajara, Mexico; and Hyderabad, India, we deliver 24/7 excellence aligned with US time zones.Responsibilities:- Develop, and deploy robust and scalable applications using ASP.NET (MVC/Core), C#, and SQL Server. - Knowledge in unit testing debugging and performance tuning in both ASP.NET and Python - Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality software. - Optimize application performance, security, and scalability. - Implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services. - Migrate existing Classic Build and Release pipelines to YAML-based pipelines using Azure DevOps OneBranch strategy. - Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth transition with minimal disruption. - Optimize build and deployment workflows for performance, maintainability, and security. - Configure environment-specific variables, secrets (via Azure Key Vault), and artifact flows. - Manage infrastructure as code using tools like ARM templates, Bicep, or Terraform. - Monitor system performance, reliability, and health using tools like Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, or Prometheus/Grafana. - Drive incident response and root cause analysis for production issues. - Implement automated testing and deployment strategies to support continuous delivery. - Collaborate with development and operations teams to enforce best practices in DevOps and cloud-native operations.Requirements:- Proven experience with Azure DevOps, Git, YAML pipelines, and Azure cloud services. - Develop and maintain reusable pipeline templates and components to support standardization - Proficiency in scripting languages like PowerShell, Bash, or Python. - Solid understanding of networking, containers (Docker), and Kubernetes (AKS preferred). - Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive mindset for automation and reliability.Equal Employment Opportunity Declaration:WCT is an equal opportunity employer.
