Role: Technical Recruiter/IT Recruiter (Must have Europe Staffing experience)

Location: Noida

Work Type: 100% On-Site

Exp Level: 1 to 5 Years of Experience


We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Technical Recruiter/IT Recruiter to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity in Europe Recruitment to work in a dynamic environment to grow the Career.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify strong candidates via various sources such as resume databases (Monster, Job Sites, , RPS etc.), job postings, social media campaigns, networking, and phone calls.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screening with candidates.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Post job openings on various job portals and platforms.
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Build and maintain a strong pool of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Proactively source candidates to meet staffing requirements.
  • Manage & update candidate profiles and job postings within the applicant tracking system.
  • You should have excellent worked experience in European Geography and Visa Types.


Qualifications:

  • 1 to 5 years of experience in IT/Technical recruitment for Europe Staffing.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills with great attention to detail.
  • IT background is an added advantage.
