We are seeking an enthusiastic Certificate III Educator  to join our team at Cambrian Preschool .

At Cambrian Preschool we recognise early experiences lay the foundations for future learning. As a result, our experienced educators will focus on helping children to reach their potential during their time at Cambrian Preschool. Our educators develop play-based learning experiences that focus on children’s individual needs and interests. We encourage children to make choices and guide their own learning. We also recognise the important role families play in a child’s learning journey, and we encourage a shared partnership between families, children and educators.

This is a part time, ongoing position working 18.75 hours on a Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8:45am to 3pm.

About you

• You're reflective, curious and purpose-led, with a deep commitment to making a difference. 
• You're open to learning and understanding the unique needs of every child. 
• You're a critical thinker and collaborative team member. 
• You have a drive to grow and improve continually. 
• You value kindness and respect. 
• You have great knowledge of the child safe standards and early childhood regulations. 
• You hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education or equivalent, a WWCC and a first aid certificate. 
• You hold some knowledge in trauma informed practices.

• You'll develop and implement engaging learning experiences based on the ECMS pedagogical framework. 
• You'll build strong relationships with children, families, the community and colleagues. 
• You'll actively participate in a culture of reflection and continuous improvement.
