The responsibility includes maintaining, planning, overseeing, controlling functions like maintenance, housekeeping, security, BMS / facility management and related areas.The incumbent should;- Be tech savvy and competent in planning and scheduling all activities across campuses. - Build and Develop from the existing team at each campus. - possess excellent project management skills - have excellent written and communication skills - Development of all properties – Government authority's co-ordination (MMRDA, CIDCO, MSRDC, Municipal Corporations. Etc.) - Study and evaluation of proposals, schemes, tenders, auctions launched by any Government authority. - Other areas of work – Real Estate Management, Town Planning, Area development, General Administration etc.
