–& :& : – : :(): We are seeking a hands-on Site Supervisor to oversee installation and execution at client sites. The role involves coordinating between the workshop, logistics, and client teams to ensure timely, high-quality installation ofblinds, furniture, wall coverings, and acoustic systems.: 1. Supervise on-site installation activities and ensure adherence to drawings, specifications, and timelines. 2. Coordinate with production, logistics, and subcontractors for material delivery and manpower scheduling. 3. Inspect site conditions and prepare reports on progress, delays, or required materials. 4. Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety protocols, and client expectations. 5. Manage installation teams (in-house and outsourced) and resolve on-site challenges promptly. 6. Take accurate measurements, verify final dimensions, and record completion details. 7. Communicate daily progress reports to the Project or Production Manager. 8. Conduct site handovers and obtain client sign-offs upon completion.&: •Diploma/Degree in Civil / Interior / Mechanical Engineering preferred. • 3–6 years of site supervision experience in interior fit-outs, furniture, blinds, or architectural products. • Strong understanding of installation drawings, layouts, and site coordination. • Excellent communication and client-handling skills. • Proficiency in MS Excel, WhatsApp reporting, and daily site documentation. • Self-motivated, reliable, and willing to travel across project sites in Mumbai and other cities of India, as per need.✉️ CVs can be emailed to: .@.
