We are seeking a skilled OpenText Exstream Developer to design, develop, and maintain high-performance customer communication solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Exstream (Dialogue/Empower), document generation, and variable data printing, with a strong grasp of enterprise integration and output management.️ Key Responsibilities- Design and develop Exstream templates for high-volume customer communications. - Implement enhancements and support production document workflows. - Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements. - Conduct unit testing and resolve issues in production environments. - Ensure seamless integration with enterprise systems such as CRM and ECM platforms.Required Skills & Experience- Hands-on experience with OpenText Exstream 16.x and above. - In-depth understanding of Exstream architecture and document lifecycle. - Proficiency in Exstream API for previewing and generating outputs. - Expertise in customer communication management tools: - Command Center - Communication Server - Communication Builder - CAAS - Design Manager - Content Author - Live Formats - Empower - Strong knowledge of XML, XSLT, and data mapping techniques. - Experience with batch and interactive processing. - Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and REST API interfaces. - Basic understanding of output management systems.✅ Preferred Qualifications- Prior experience integrating Exstream with enterprise platforms. - Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
