You will work closely with business and technical teams to implement, enhance, and support Exstream templates and document generation processes.Key Responsibilities Design and develop OpenText Exstream templates (Dialogue, Empower, StoryTeller) for high-volume customer communications Implement new features and enhancements on existing production documents Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements Perform unit testing and resolve production issues promptly Ensure solutions meet quality standards and performance benchmarks Support batch and interactive processing of customer communication jobs Integrate Exstream solutions with enterprise systems such as CRM and ECM platformsMandatory Skills & Experience ✔ Minimum5 yearshands-on experience with OpenText Exstream (v24.x or higher preferred) ✔ Strong proficiency inComposition Center , Empower, or StoryTeller ✔ Deep knowledge ofXML ,XSLT , and data mapping techniques ✔ Experience working with batch and interactive processing workflows ✔ Proven ability to integrate Exstream with enterprise applications (e.g., CRM, ECM) ✔ Mandatorycloud-nativedevelopment experience ✔ Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills in production environments
