Key Responsibilities:- Identify and evaluate Below The Line (BTL) activation opportunities in and around Progenesis centers to drive local engagement.- Research, select, and liaise with vendors for offline marketing campaigns; negotiate pricing to maximize budget efficiency.- Manage end-to-end offline campaign execution, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.- Coordinate the design, production, and installation of branding materials including hoardings, flyers, signage, and space branding at clinics.- Oversee the installation process of branding materials ensuring brand guidelines and visibility standards are met.- Plan, coordinate, and execute events, workshops, and promotional activities to engage the target audience.- Collaborate with the marketing team to align offline activities with overall brand strategy and marketing goals.- Organize and manage monthly marketing campaigns for fertility camps and other outreach programs.- Monitor and report on the effectiveness and ROI of offline marketing activities to stakeholders.- Ensure compliance with all local regulations and guidelines related to marketing and advertising.Required Skills and Qualifications:- Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.- 2-4 years of experience in offline marketing, branding, or event management.- Proven experience in vendor management and negotiation.- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and events simultaneously.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.- Knowledge of healthcare or fertility industry marketing is a plus.- Proficiency in MS Office and basic design tools is desirable.
