Job Purpose
Responsible for New Business Development, Business Retention & Growth in Auto Logistics Division and Inland Transportation.
Responsibilities:
- To participate in RFQ, New Enquiry, understand the client requirement and process & design an appropriate solution based on customer's requirement.
- To understand yard, in-plant and warehousing industry product flow processes, analyse manpower productivities & calculation via time motion studies to work around a solution.
- To understand and prepare process flow, resource mapping and manpower allocation
- To derive OPEX & CAPEX for projects
- To coordinate with Operations team for operational insights and support in business development requirements with operational inputs and pricing
- To analyse historical data to provide flexible solutions in order to bring cost efficiency
- To support in contract negotiations & finalization of commercials in order to provide the best possible cost-effective solutions
- Coordinate with Project Implementation Team and support smooth implementation
Pre-Requisites
- 6+ years of epxerience in Contract Logistics Domain
- Good understanding of In-plant, yard operations and warehousing business in multiple industries warehousing and transport operations and processes followed.
- Strong Communication & Interpersonal skills
- Strong research & strategic analytical skills.
- Ability to analyse complex data to work on the solutions.
- Market / Business Intelligence
- Detail oriented
- High competency in working with Microsoft Office is a must have.
