Role Overview We are looking for aStore Managerwho will take ownership of end-to-end store operations, ensuring seamless inventory management, accurate record-keeping, and efficient coordination with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in FMCG store operations and a hands-on approach to problem-solving. Key Responsibilities Oversee theday-to-day operationsof the store. Managestock levels , monitor inventory movement, and ensuretimely replenishmentto avoid stock-outs. Implement effectiveinventory control measuresto minimize shrinkage, wastage, and pilferage. Coordinate withpurchase, sales, and logistics teamsfor smooth inward and outward movement of goods. Maintainaccurate recordsof goods received, issued, and balance stock using ERP/software. Generate and presentdaily/weekly/monthly reportson stock status, consumption trends, and variance. Key Skills Strong knowledge ofinventory management and store operations(preferably in FMCG). Proficiency inMS Excel, ERP systems, or inventory management software . Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Qualifications and Experience Graduate inCommerce / Supply Chain / Logistics / Business Administration(preferred). 1–2 years of experiencein store management or warehouse operations, preferably in theFMCG sector .
