Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, focusing on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

- Proficiency in Apex programming, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs (SOAP, REST).

- Hands-on experience with deployment, including CPQ, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud functionalities.

- Minimum 2 years of experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities.

Role & Responsibilities:

Application Design and Development:

- Design, develop, and implement custom applications, features, and integrations within the Salesforce platform.

- Utilize expertise in Salesforce development tools to build scalable and efficient solutions for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities.

Requirement Gathering and Analysis:

- Collaborate with business analysts, Salesforce admins, and project managers to gather and analyze requirements.

- Ensure developed solutions align with business goals and meet stakeholder expectations.

Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Development:

- Develop and maintain Sales Cloud functionalities, leveraging features such as custom objects, fields, and workflows.

- Implement Service Cloud functionalities, including customization of the console, building custom components, and integrating with external systems.

Workflow Automation:

- Configure workflows, automation rules, and business logic to automate processes and improve efficiency in both Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

Code Quality and Testing:

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following Salesforce best practices.

- Conduct thorough unit testing and integration testing to ensure the quality and functionality of developed solutions.

Support and Maintenance:

- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues promptly.

- Collaborate with the support team to address user inquiries and ensure smooth system operations.
