Job Description:

This is an opportunity to join this premier, dynamic and fast-growing team at a key inflection point The Corporate Accounting Manager will be responsible for preparing and reviewing the books and records of Client’s management and GP companies, some of the specific tasks are as follows:

· Assist with the quarterly close process and monthly soft close

· Book accrued revenues, such as accrued management fees, monitoring fees, investment income, carried interest, and transfer pricing revenues

· Record accrued expenses, including accrued audit and tax fees, bonus accrual, AP cutoff accrual, and other accrued expenses

· Record cash journals, intercompany transactions, and intercompany loans

· Maintain and reconcile balance sheet schedules, including accrued expenses, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, intercompany expenses, and debt schedules

· Assists in the preparation of financial statements, footnotes, audit requests and tax work papers

· Support ad-hoc Finance & Accounting requests and other departmental projects, as needed, including systems implementations


Qualifications:

· Minimum of 8+ years of relevant accounting experience, specifically within the asset management industry (Manadatory)

· Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail and a commitment to high quality output

· Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with other departments

· Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required

· Experience with accounting software such as NetSuite is required

· Possess respect for our dynamic people centered culture with the sense to know when to follow and when to lead
