Key Responsibilities

Customer Service: Greet customers, assist them in selecting jewelry, and provide personalized service to ensure a positive shopping experience. 

Sales & Target Achievement: Drive sales by effectively promoting products and meeting or exceeding individual and team sales goals. 

Product Knowledge: Maintain detailed knowledge of jewelry products, materials, gemstones, craftsmanship, and current industry trends. 

Sales Transactions: Accurately and efficiently process sales, handle payments, and manage any returns or exchanges. 

Showroom Presentation: Ensure the showroom is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing by regularly updating displays. 

Inventory Management: Conduct stock checks, assist with inventory, and help maintain accurate records. 

Relationship Building: Follow up with clients after purchases to foster repeat business and build strong customer relationships. 

Required Skills

Sales & Communication: Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills to effectively engage with customers and close sales. 

Customer Service: A strong focus on providing outstanding customer service and ensuring client satisfaction. 

Product Expertise: In-depth knowledge of jewelry products and an ability to answer customer questions and provide expert advice. 

Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail is essential for maintaining displays, managing inventory, and ensuring accuracy in transactions. 

Professionalism: A professional and approachable demeanor is crucial for creating a premium shopping experience.
