Our NEST division is committed to innovation by developing cutting-edge software for autonomous systems, building AI tools and developing MES software.We are actively exploring opportunities in semiconductor and batteries manufacturing technologies.We have highly specialized teams and a widespread network of engineers working in each of these areas SMT, Solar, Automation and EV with thorough knowledge of products and processes.We consistently strive to ensure excellent solutions & services for our customers.With a rich legacy of 25+ years in business; we take a lot of pride in the success of our customers all over India.Human Resource Operations and Payroll Specialist (BTech)About the Role:- The Lead HR Operations and Payroll Specialist will be a cornerstone of our HR department, overseeing the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.- This hands-on role is responsible for the administration of our HRMS, accurate payroll processing, and generating critical business intelligence through MIS reports and dashboards.- A strong focus on compliance and process efficiency is HRMS & Payroll Management: Manage the full payroll cycle, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with all statutory regulations.- Administer and optimize the HRMS to maintain clean and accurate employee data.- Employee Lifecycle Management: Own and execute all processes for Joiners, Movers, and Leavers (JML), including seamless onboarding, internal transfers, and offboarding procedures.- Data Reporting & Analytics: Develop and maintain MIS reports and dashboards to provide senior leadership with actionable insights on workforce metrics, trends, and compliance.- Compliance & Audit: Ensure all HR and payroll processes are in full compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and best practices.- Participate in internal and external audits as required.- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and automate HR operational processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience.- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with the finance, legal, and other HR teams to ensure a smooth flow of information and a cohesive approach to people B.Tech degree(any stream) is MANDATORY- 10+ years of progressive experience in HR Operations and Payroll, with a proven track record of managing end-to-end processes.- Deep expertise in managing HRMS platforms and payroll systems.- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to create impactful reports and dashboards.- In-depth knowledge of Indian labour laws, statutory compliances (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.), and payroll regulations.- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of integrity (ref:iimjobs.com)
