Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify and Pursue Opportunities: Research and identify potential clients and new business opportunities within target markets. Develop and implement strategies to approach and secure new clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Use this information to develop and adjust sales strategies.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Highlight our services, strengths, and unique value propositions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless client experience. Communicate client needs and feedback to recruiters and assist in the development of effective staffing solutions.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Set and achieve ambitious sales targets. Monitor progress and adjust strategies as needed to ensure goals are met.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of business development activities, client interactions, and sales performance. Prepare regular reports for management review.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the staffing and recruitment industry.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.


Skills:

  • Strong understanding of the staffing and recruitment market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Candidate able to make bulk cold calling outbound activity
