Conductresume screening ,candidate assessment , andinitial interviewsto shortlist suitable profiles. LeverageX-ray searches ,Boolean searches , and other advanced sourcing techniques to identify niche candidates.Stakeholder Management Collaborate withhiring managers ,project leads , anddepartment headsto understand role requirements. Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding candidate pipelines, interview progress, and hiring timelines.Candidate Engagement Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Conduct follow-ups to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.Database Management & Reporting Maintain an organized database of candidates using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) or Excel. Track key recruitment metrics likeposition closures ,interview schedules , andoffer acceptance rates . Prepare and shareweekly recruitment reportswith management.Industry Knowledge & Networking Stay updated on trends in theEPC ,construction, Oil & Gas andrenewable energysectors. Develop a strong talent pool by networking with industry professionals.Key Skills Required Strong knowledge ofEPC, Oil & Gas, Construction industry rolesand skill requirements. Expertise insourcing ,headhunting , andscreeningcandidates for technical and engineering positions. Proficiency in usingLinkedIn Recruiter ,Naukri , and other job portals. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong organizational and time-management skills.Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's/Masters degreeinHuman Resources ,Business Administration , or a related field. Prior experience hiring forEPC ,construction ,Oil & Gasorenergy sectorroles.
