The role requires strong proficiency in headhunting, networking, and social media recruitment, along with the ability to leverage AI tools for enhanced hiring efficiency.Key Responsibilities- Drive the end-to-end recruitment process across mid to senior-level positions. - Source candidates through various channels including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, headhunting, and professional networks. - Screen and evaluate profiles to ensure alignment with client requirements. - Utilize AI-powered recruitment tools to improve sourcing, shortlisting, and candidate engagement. - Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future mandates. - Partner with account managers and clients to understand position requirements and deliver high-quality profiles within defined timelines. - Ensure effective candidate communication and a positive candidate experience. - Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and dashboards for performance monitoring.Required Skills & Competencies- Strong expertise in candidate sourcing and headhunting. - Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other social media recruitment platforms. - Hands-on experience in leveraging AI tools for recruitment (sourcing, screening, workflow automation). - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and networking skills. - Ability to manage multiple mandates simultaneously with strong attention to detail. - High levels of integrity, professionalism, and client-centric approach.Qualifications & Experience- Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields. - 3–6 years of recruitment experience with exposure to leadership and niche hiring. - Prior experience in recruitment consulting or executive search firms will be preferred.What We Offer- Opportunity to work on diverse leadership and niche mandates across industries. - Exposure to structured and AI-enabled recruitment processes. - Professional work environment with a focus on quality delivery and continuous learning.
