AI/ML Engineer — Generative & Agentic AI (GCP Environment) Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid / Full-time) Compensation: ₹8–12 LPA + ESOPs (based on skills, experience & education) About Us At BrandVelocity.ai , we are building the next generation of Agentic AI systems for marketing intelligence, demand acceleration, and brand growth. We’re now expanding our core engineering team — and looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-ownership environments and wants to build real, production-grade Gen AI systems . Role Overview As an AI/ML Engineer , you’ll design, build, and deploy Generative and Agentic AI solutions leveraging Google Cloud Platform (GCP). You’ll work on LLM fine-tuning, RAG pipelines, automation flows, and scalable production APIs — while collaborating with cross-functional teams on applied AI projects. What You’ll Do Develop and deploy Gen AI / Agentic AI models at scale. Build RAG pipelines and optimize model retrieval workflows. Fine-tune open-source and proprietary LLMs for production-grade use. Implement automations, multi-agent systems, and intelligent workflows. Design APIs using FastAPI and integrate with Vertex AI, BigQuery, Firebase, and Dialogflow . Build, deploy, and monitor CI/CD pipelines on GCP . Containerize workloads using Docker and manage orchestration through Kubernetes . Collaborate on data engineering, model monitoring, and performance tuning. What We’re Looking For 2–3 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML or applied Gen AI systems. Proven experience building and deploying production-grade AI pipelines. Strong proficiency in Python , FastAPI , and cloud-native development. Mandatory: 1+ years GCP-certified experience , with working knowledge of: Vertex AI, BigQuery, Firebase, Dialogflow, Cloud Run, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions. Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes , and CI/CD pipelines . Exposure to fine-tuning , prompt engineering , and multi-agent frameworks . Startup or product-building experience is a big plus.
