Accounting & Financial Reporting- Prepare and maintain accurate books of accounts in compliance with Indian GAAP / IFRS.- Finalize accounts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.- Manage reconciliations, general ledger scrutiny, and variance investigation.2. Taxation & Compliance- Handle direct and indirect tax compliance including Income Tax, GST, and TDS.- Ensure timely filing of tax returns and accurate documentation.- Coordinate with consultants/authorities for assessments and regulatory queries.3. Auditing & Internal Controls- Support statutory, internal, and tax audits with schedules and documentation.- Strengthen internal controls and risk management processes.- Assist in regulatory reporting requirements as applicable.4. Business Partnering & Process Improvements- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive finance-related initiatives.- Support automation and process enhancement in financial operations.Key RequirementsQualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)Experience: 2-3 years post-qualification, preferably in accounting, and taxation roles.- Preferred Background: Service industry, consulting firms, or CA firm exposure.- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of FP&A, Indian accounting standards, taxation, and auditing.- Tools: Proficiency in MS Excel; exposure to Tally, SAP, or other ERPs.- Soft Skills: Analytical mindset, strong communication, problem-solving, and ability to work in dynamic environments.
