Position Overview:

Ariztid Technologies Private Limited is seeking a motivated Junior Sales & Marketing Associate to support our sales and marketing initiatives. Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Lead generation activities through prospecting, cold calling and email outreach.
  • Creation of marketing collateral, including presentations, brochures and social media posts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate marketing campaigns and events.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales and marketing team as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 0-1 years of experience in sales, marketing, or related roles, preferably within the IT industry.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of Social Media & Digital Marketing, including familiarity with popular platforms and basic concepts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and eager to contribute to the success of the sales and marketing team.
