Job Summary: The HR Business Analyst will work closely with HR teams, IT departments, and business stakeholders to analyze, design, and implement effective HR System solutions. The role involves gathering and documenting business requirements, configuring HR systems, and ensuring that solutions meet the organization's needs for managing its workforce efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:


Requirements Gathering:


  • Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives.
  • Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather detailed information.


System Configuration and Design:


  • Configure HRsystems according to HR process requirements.
  • Design and develop solutions that enhance HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation, and benefits.

Data Analysis and Reporting:


  • Analyze HR data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to support decision-making processes.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity within the HR systems.


Testing and Implementation:


  • Develop test plans and scenarios to ensure system functionality meets business requirements.
  • Coordinate and execute system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Support system rollouts and ensure smooth implementation with minimal disruption to business operations.


Training and Support:


  • Create user training materials and conduct training sessions for HR staff and end-users.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for HR system issues.
  • Act as a liaison between HR, IT, and external vendors.


Continuous Improvement:


  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in HCM /HR technology and methodologies.
  • Propose and implement changes to optimize HR processes and systems.



Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a business analyst role, specifically within HCM or HR technology.

  • Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with HCM systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, D365 FO HCM) will be added advantage
  • Experience in HR-Tech industry is must
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and best practices.
