Job Description:

We are seeking a driven and proactive Sales and HR Intern who can help us expand our market presence in the USA and Canada. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling our AI products to both businesses and individuals, as well as reaching out to firms to secure clients. This role requires someone with strong sales acumen, a passion for AI technology, and the ability to manage daily administrative tasks such as answering calls and emails on behalf of the company.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients in the USA and Canada.
  • Present and sell AI products to businesses and individuals, highlighting their benefits and value.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure ongoing business opportunities.
  • Secure consulting business by reaching out to different firms and showcasing our expertise in AI solutions.

Client Interaction and Support:

  • Handle incoming inquiries from potential clients and provide detailed information about our products and services.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and calls with potential clients and partners.
  • Manage client communications, including answering emails and phone calls, ensuring a professional and timely response.

HR Support:

  • Assist with HR-related tasks such as posting job listings, screening applicants, and scheduling interviews.
  • Support onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring they are integrated smoothly into the company.


Requirements:

  • Proficient in using tools such as and CRMs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field (or currently pursuing one).
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or business development is preferred.
  • Strong understanding or interest in AI technology and its applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
