We are seeking an experienced BI Developer to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. In this role, you will be responsible for designing scalable data models, developing interactive dashboards, and driving insight-led decision-making using Power BI or Tableau. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the business to deliver impactful visual analytics and reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities :


- Understand business requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.

- Design scalable and maintainable data models and ETL workflows.

- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau.

- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to guide strategic decisions.

- Perform complex SQL queries and data transformations to prepare datasets.

- Optimize and enhance existing BI architecture and reporting systems.

- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to derive actionable insights.

- Document data logic, models, report definitions, and dashboard metrics.

Requirements :


- 4+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics.

- Proficiency in Power BI and/or Tableau, including :

1. Dashboard design and advanced visualizations

2. Performance optimization and data architecture knowledge

- Strong experience in SQL and working with relational/multidimensional databases.

- Hands-on experience in ETL scripting, data modeling, and data warehousing.

- Proficiency in developing custom visuals, using parameters, sets, filters, and complex calculations.

Good to Have :

- Knowledge of R or Python, especially integration with Power BI or Tableau.

- Experience working with financial systems such as Finnone or other loan origination/management platforms.
