With exclusive tips and guidance from an experienced HR Expert/Career Coach, candidates will learn how to write professional applications, get shortlisted for interviews, and secure suitable jobs in Europe or anywhere in the world. The program offers valuable insights into the European job market and helps candidates optimize their job search strategies.

About the Role

As a full-time Remote Closer, your core responsibility will be to lead high-trust enrollment conversations with warm inbound leads — those who've already shown interest in transforming their health with a strong communication skills, Experience in closings and deal closure, Customer service skills

This is not a freelance gig. We're looking for a performance-driven professional who treats sales like a craft and wants to build mastery in it.

Your Mission
  • Drive ₹10L/month in new business revenue
  • Close 10+ units of our Offer (₹1,00,000 price point) every month
  • Lead 4–5 qualified sales calls per day, 6 days/week (100–120/month)
  • Achieve a minimum 10% live close rate on Zoom
  • Follow up with non-buyers using our reactivation systems
  • Keep CRM and tracking sheets updated daily
KPIs & Metrics
  • Call Show Rate: 80%+
  • Live Close Rate: 10%–20%
  • Daily Call Load: 4–5 inbound calls
  • Weekly Hours: ~50 (Mon–Sat)
  • Availability: 10 AM – 7 PM IST on Slack
Compensation

Base Pay (Draw): ₹20,000–₹25,000/month

Commission: 8% to 10% on cash collected

Bonus: Extra 2% for Paid-in-Full clients

Expected Earnings:

  • ₹80K–₹1L/month @ 10% close rate
  • ₹1.6L–₹2L/month @ 20% close rate
You'll Thrive in This Role If You:
  • Have prior experience in high-ticket sales (wellness, coaching, education, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills and client management
  • Are emotionally intelligent, consultative, and performance-driven
  • Want to work remotely, full-time, with serious growth upside
  • Are comfortable using CRMs, handling follow-ups, and working in a fast-paced team
