You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of our services. The ideal candidate has a strong background in backend development, experience with cloud services, and a keen eye for detail.Designation: SDE-IIExperience: 4-5 YrsJob Location: HSR Layout, BangaloreEmployment Type: Work from Office (Full time)Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend systems.Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define and implement new features and enhancements.Optimize and improve the performance, scalability, and reliability of our backend services.Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and best practices.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and incorporate them into our development processes.Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).2+ years of experience in backend development.Proficiency in backend programming languages such as Go, Python, Java, or Node.js.Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).Strong understanding of database systems (SQL and NoSQL) and data modelling.Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful API design.Knowledge of software development best practices, including version control (e.g., Git), CI/CD, and automated testing.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Must be available for immediate joining.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with gRPC and protocol buffers.Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., SigNoz, Prometheus, Grafana).Knowledge of security best practices and data protection.Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies will be a plus.At Vananam, we are committed to creating a positive and rewarding work environment for our team members.
