Role Overview: We are seeking a seasonedLinux Middleware Architectto lead middleware design and development for a prestigious automotive client specializing in 2-wheelers. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise inC++ programming ,IPC mechanisms , andLinux-based systems , along with strong leadership and customer-facing skills.Key Responsibilities: Architect and design middleware solutions for embedded Linux platforms in automotive systems. Lead the development and integration of IPC mechanisms across components. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and performance. Act as a technical liaison with the customer, understanding requirements and translating them into actionable solutions. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams. Drive design reviews, code quality, and performance optimization.Required Skills & Qualifications: 10–15 years of experience in embedded systems and Linux middleware architecture. Strong proficiency inC++ programmingandIPC mechanisms(e.g., DBus, sockets, shared memory). Hands-on experience with Linux system internals, bootloaders, and kernel modules. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and internal teams. Proven leadership capabilities in managing technical teams and project deliverables. Experience in the automotive domain is highly desirable
