Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels to source and attract top sales talent, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' experience, skills, and cultural fit for the company.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified sales candidates to meet the company's ongoing and future hiring needs.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with sales leadership and hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Offer Negotiation: Facilitate the offer process, including salary negotiations and closing candidates.
Qualifications:
