A Reputed IT MNC is hiring Functional Analyst/Business Analyst.Location: Bangalore/Chennai 2/3 Days Work from Office General Shift Timings Experience: 7 -11 years Immediate or early joiners neededDesirable: Experience in E-Commerce or Pharmaceutical domainCandidate should have good experience in core business analysis. Pronunciation and communication should be strong. Additionally, the candidate should have in depth understanding on sequence flows and business process modeling. Candidate Must have strong analytical and communication skills. Should have ownership skills.Job Description:Work closely with the Product Owner and Business Analysts in understanding the business goals and objectives. Analyze and decompose complex requirements. Perform gap analysis and write Functional specifications based on an in-depth understanding of both business processes and local IT system functionalities Drives the Requirement management lifecycleDefine and communicate the product's vision and goals to both the development team and stakeholders, ensuring consistent alignment with business objectives. Translate business needs into clear, concise, and testable functional specifications. Prioritize and manage the product backlog, refining items and adjusting priorities continuously in response to stakeholder feedback and market changes.
