Job Description: Front Office Specialist Company:Optus Housing Location:Gurgaon Employment Type:Full-time Working Hours:10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Working Days:6 days (Sunday Off) Experience Required:1–3 years About the Role Optus Housing is seeking a smart, professional, and organizedFront Desk Receptionistwith 1–3 years of experience infront desk handling and basic admin work . The candidate should be well-presented, have excellent communication skills, and be capable of managing office operations smoothly. Key Responsibilities Welcome and attend to visitors, clients, and guests professionally. Handle incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and transfer calls to relevant departments. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area. Manage courier entries — incoming & outgoing. Maintain visitor logs, basic attendance entries, and front desk records. Provide administrative support to HR and other departments when required. Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with office management tasks. Handle filing, documentation, and basic data entry. Support day-to-day office operations efficiently. Required Skills & Experience 1–3 years of experience inFront Desk / Reception / Admin roles . Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi). Presentable, polite, and customer-service oriented. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong multitasking and organizational skills. Immediate joiners preferred.
