Position Overview: ProManage is seeking a dynamic and innovative Product Manager to drive the development of AI-driven products from the ground up, designed to optimize enterprise prospect funnels by integrating seamlessly with existing tech stacks and communication channels. This role requires a product leader with a strategic mindset, technical acumen, and business insight to deliver best-in-class solutions that provide actionable insights and elevate the user experience.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Product Development (0-1):


a. Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation through launch and beyond, building products from the ground up.


b. Collaborate closely with Data Science and AI/Engineering teams to define and implement innovative AI-driven solutions that address customer pain points and enhance enterprise workflows.


2. Cross-Functional Collaboration:


a. Partner with Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales teams to understand market needs, improve user experience, and ensure alignment with go-to-market strategies.


b. Gather and prioritize product requirements by leveraging customer feedback, industry trends, and competitive intelligence.


3. Strategic Product Management:


a. Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, understand competitor landscape, and evaluate new technology announcements to leverage the best solutions.


b. Apply structured frameworks and methodologies to capture customer pain points, validate hypotheses, and drive product vision and roadmap.


4. Business & Revenue Enablement:


a. Develop and execute pricing strategies and business plans that align with company objectives and drive revenue growth.


b. Create Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), manage product backlogs, and translate strategic objectives into actionable product features.


5. Innovation and Continuous Learning:


a. Stay abreast of technological advancements, especially in AI and machine learning, to incorporate cutting-edge features and maintain product competitiveness.


b. Continuously seek out feedback, iterate on product offerings, and adapt to the fast-paced nature of enterprise tech and AI-driven solutions.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus.
  • 4-6 years of experience as a Product Manager in a software or tech-driven business environment. Proven experience in creating, launching, and scaling products, preferably with exposure to AI or data science.
  • Strong analytical skills with a history of using data to inform product decisions.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to clearly convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing pricing strategies, business plans, and writing PRDs.
