The Financial Manager is a key executive position responsible for overseeing the financial health and strategy of the company. The ideal candidate should be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with extensive experience in financial management, strategic planning, and Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Develop and execute financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability goals.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
2. Financial Reporting:
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and regulatory filings.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
3. Risk Management:
- Identify and assess financial risks, implementing strategies to mitigate and manage these risks effectively.
- Monitor market trends and changes that may impact the company's financial stability.
4. Treasury Management:
- Oversee cash flow, working capital, and liquidity management.
- Optimize capital structure and manage relationships with financial institutions.
5. Audit and Compliance:
- Coordinate and manage internal and external audits.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws, financial regulations, and corporate governance standards.
6. Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute the company's overall strategic plan.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support key business decisions.
7. Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Recruit, train, and develop finance professionals to ensure a high-performing team.
Qualifications and Competencies:
1. Educational Qualification:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
2. Experience:
- Proven track record of at least 3-5 years in a senior finance role, preferably as a CFO or Finance Director.
- Experience in premium/luxury Products Industry is highly desirable.
3. Technical Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and taxation.
- Strong understanding of financial modelling and analysis.

- Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
- Ability to inspire and lead a diverse team.
