The Role – International Event Sales & Partnerships Associate

We are looking for a highly driven, globally minded professional who will lead sales, sponsorships, speaker onboarding, and delegate registrations for the WONE Global Summit – Barcelona 2026.

This is a pure revenue-focused role, with success measured by registrations, sponsorships, and event revenue. Your mission is to ensure that the Barcelona Summit attracts 300+ participants from 80+ countries and becomes a defining global event.


Key Responsibilities


  • Drive global event sales & revenue generation (delegates, speakers, sponsors).
  • Lead international outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and partnerships.
  • Onboard speakers and high-value sponsors.
  • Manage delegate registrations and conversions from interest to participation.
  • Support end-to-end event management and on-ground organization in Barcelona.
  • Ensure event KPIs are met: 300+ delegates, 80+ countries represented.


Who We’re Looking For


  • Fresh graduates or early-career professionals (0–2 years).
  • Ambitious, proactive, and comfortable with international event sales & marketing.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Passion for working in a high-pressure, high-visibility global event.
  • Comfortable working independently in a startup environment.


Compensation Structure


  • Assessment Period (First 30 days): ₹10,000 stipend
  • From Month 2 onward:
  • Fixed Salary: ₹40,000
  • Performance Bonus: ₹10,000
  • Total: ₹50,000+ per month + ( Higher incentives for results driven professionals)


This is a performance-based role: your results directly define your earnings and future growth in the organization.
