OverviewAn Admin Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient daytoday operations of the organization. They are responsible for providing administrative support to ensure smooth functioning of various departments and facilitating effective communication between different levels of the organization. The role is important in maintaining organizational efficiency and productivity.Key responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel financial and other data.
  • Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory.
  • Manage and organize company records including invoices bills and other financial documents.
  • Coordinate and organize company meetings events and teambuilding activities.
  • Manage agendas travel arrangements appointments and reservations for management.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Engage in market research and statistical analysis to identify areas of improvement.
  • Address employees and clients queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery hardware and travel arrangements).
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Assist in training and orienting new employees.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system.
Required qualifications
  • Any graduate
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant virtual assistant or office admin assistant.
  • Proficient in MS Office and other office management software (ERP CRM etc.).
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
  • Experience with office equipment (e.g. printers fax machines).
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
  • Uptodate with advancements in office gadgets and applications.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
  • Attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
  • Strong work ethic and a proactive approach to work.
  • Proven experience as an office administrator office assistant or relevant role.
  • Knowledge of medical office management systems and procedures.
  • Additional qualification as an Administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus.
