Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented and experienced SEO Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization strategies to improve organic search rankings, drive targeted traffic, and achieve business goals.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct keyword research to guide content teams and optimize existing content.
  • Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
  • Perform technical SEO audits and recommend fixes to improve website health.
  • Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for search engines.
  • Build and manage link-building strategies, including outreach campaigns and partnerships.
  • Stay up-to-date with search engine algorithms, trends, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with web developers and content teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
  • Track, report, and analyze SEO performance metrics.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify areas of opportunity.


Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
  • Solid understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
  • Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, and website administration.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret performance data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of WordPress or other CMS platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Certifications in SEO or digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Familiarity with PPC and social media marketing as complementary strategies.
