Role & Responsibilities


Uniqus is seeking professionals for our ARC team. As a member of the team, you will work with clients to provide high-quality accounting advisory services, focusing on the application of accounting standards, assisting clients with financial reporting, and dealing with complex accounting issues. You will be responsible for assisting the Director/Partners with project execution and management.


• Manage and oversee the entire Record to Report (R2R) process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

• Review schedules, reports and reconciliations related to financial statements line items, to support month-end and year-end close activities.

• Lead and execute R2R activities, including journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and variance analysis.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams like FP&A, Project Finance, Company Secretarial, Legal, Operation and Maintenance, to streamline processes and improve financial data integrity.

• Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and relevant regulatory requirements.

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the R2R function and month-end close activities

• Perform financial data analysis and provide insights to support decision-making processes.

• Supervise and mentor team members within the R2R department


The Individual


We’re looking for accounting professionals who are passionate about providing accounting and financial reporting support to clients. The incumbent will work for top global clients across a wide variety of markets and industry sectors.

• Led/ managed Record to Report process, end to end

• Experience with monthly closing and reporting

• Experience in a set up having 10+ subsidiaries

• Hand-on experience with SAP, Oracle or similar ERPs

• Experience with Big4 Audit will be an added advantage

• Renewables sector preference


Qualification: Qualified CA’s


Experience: 9+ Year in Indian Industry
