Freelance Author Opportunity – Transform Learning


About Us:

Sunflower Publishers Pvt. Ltd. brings over 40 years of expertise in educational publishing. Through our initiative, MagikPitara, we’re on a mission to make learning joyful and engaging for young minds.

Following the success of Math Adventures—a story-driven math series for Grades 1–5—we are now embarking on an exciting journey to create a story-driven EVS series for the same grades.


Role Overview:

We’re looking for passionate freelance authors who can:

  • Conceptualize and structure an engaging, story-driven EVS series for grades 1-5.
  • Write creative, child-friendly content aligned with NEP guidelines.
  • Design competency-based activities to reinforce learning through fun and critical thinking.
  • Collaborate with design and digital teams to bring stories to life with visuals and animations.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in creative writing for children.
  • A solid understanding of NEP guidelines and activity-based learning approaches.
  • Exceptional creativity, collaboration skills, and the ability to manage deadlines.


Compensation:

Reimbursement will be mutually decided on a per-book basis, covering ideation, content creation, and collaboration.
