Following its $650 million Series E funding round in August 2021, the Company is valued at $3.2 billion, and is backed by Accel, SoftBank Vision Fund 2, the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, Leeds Illuminate, Prosus Ventures, Sequoia Capital India, and Bertelsmann.About the Role - The objective of the position is to facilitate domain and program trainings for the Sales team while tracking performance to ensure Business goals are metKey Responsibilities:- Develop domain expertise and train sales teams with effective program pitches. - Continuously enhance the team’s training and quality framework through ongoing development and improvement initiatives. - Audit sales calls to assess quality, identify performance gaps, and ensure adherence to sales and service standards. - Analyze audit findings to identify recurring skill gaps and design targeted training interventions. - Build and execute structured training plans and conduct engaging learning sessions to upskill the sales team. - Perform Training Need Identification (TNI) and implement strategies to deliver content effectively. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build or refine product trainings and ensure consistency across programs. - Handle onboarding training batches for new hires, ensuring smooth assimilation and clarity of business expectations. - Identify gaps in systems or processes and propose actionable solutions. - Present insights and reports on training effectiveness, performance trends, and business intelligence.Skills & Qualifications:- Education: Graduate from an accredited college or university. - Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (preferably in Education, Higher Ed, Universities, or Study Abroad sectors). - Experience in call quality audits, performance assessment, or training program evaluation preferred. - Strong analytical ability to translate insights into actionable coaching and training strategies. - Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Planner); skilled in reporting, data analysis, and basic automation. - Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and instructional design tools preferred. - Excellent communication, facilitation, and feedback delivery skills. - Strong presentation and content creation capabilities. - High learning agility, critical thinking, and attention to detail.Emeritus provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws
