Job Description: Mechanical Design Engineer(Structural Design)Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mechanical Design Engineer with astrong background in structural design to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidatewill have a passion for engineering excellence, a keen eye for detail, and the ability towork collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment. This position offers anexciting opportunity to design structural components for Turbo machinery productsincluding enclosures, base frames and ancillary systems for New productdevelopment team.Key Responsibilities:· Create and develop detailed mechanical designs with a focus on structuralintegrity, ensuring they meet all relevant standards and specifications.· Perform comprehensive structural analysis and hand calculations to validatethe performance and safety of designs under various loading conditions.· Strong understanding of materials science and strength of materials.· Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Electrical engineers,Manufacturing engineers to ensure seamless integration of designs into finalproducts.· Prepare Detailed engineering documentation, including detailed drawings,analysis reports and technical specifications.· Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies and best practices tocontinuously enhance design process and product offerings.· Ensure all designs comply with industry standards, regulations and safetyprotocols· Must apply practical design considerations and utilize technical knowledge toachieve design objectives relative to manufacturability, cost, quality anddurability.Qualification:· BE Mechanical Engineering.· Minimum 3 years of relevant experience· Ability to produce both concept and Detailed design using CREO.· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to perform complexcalculations and simulations.· Strong structural validation knowledge using CREO Simulation or ANSYS.· Strong knowledge in welding symbols and Standards – API, ASME, ISA, ANSI& DIN· Strong knowledge in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).· Good communication, organizational, teaming and analytical skills are a must.
