The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of web development technologies, including Shopify and WordPress, and a passion for creating innovative and user-friendly websites for Real Estate Agents, Property Manager and Property Valuation Experts. Also Onboarding and Membership websites.Key Responsibilities: Front-End Development: Develop and maintain visually appealing and responsive websites. Optimize website performance for speed and SEO. Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness. WordPress and Shopify Development: Build and customize WordPress themes and plugins. Create and manage WordPress websites, including content management and updates. Optimize WordPress sites for SEO and performance. Backend Development: Work with backend developers to integrate front-end components with APIs and databases. Ensure data integrity and security. Collaboration:Future tasks: Design, build, and maintain responsive landing pages and microsites to support marketing campaigns and lead generation efforts Work closely with marketing, and content teams to translate creative concepts into functional web assetsRequirements: In-depth knowledge of WordPress and its core functionalities. Experience with version control systems (Git). Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. Knowledge of SEO best practices. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in web development, ideally in a marketing or digital agency environment Experience working with interactive content platforms Familiarity with web performance optimisation and SEO best practices Experience with marketing technology platforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, Google Tag Manager) Experience with cross-browser and device testingRole Description: This is a full-time remote role for a Web Developer located in Chennai.
