JOB DESCRIPTION::


SKILL SET: Incident, problem and change management - Technology Support Specialist


QUALIFICATION: BE/B.TECH Graduates only


IMPORTANT NOTE :: (2+ Years) of project experience is mandatory (excluding Bench & Training & Internships).


ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES::


  • Must have experience in Change management and problem Management.
  • Aware of Service now tool.
  • Shall be able to create a change request and handle it till closure.
  • Must have hands on of problem management, RCA analysis.


POINTERS TO NOTE::

  • Please carry 2 set of updated CV(Hard Copy).
  • Please carry Face Mask**.
  • Carry any 2 photo Identity proof (PAN Card/Driving License/Voters ID card/Passport).
  • Please do not carry laptops/cameras to the venue as these will not be allowed due to security restrictions.
  • Please carry original ID proof for security clearance.
