The ideal candidate will have strong documentation expertise, experience in requirement elicitation, and the ability to translate complex business and technical concepts into actionable, structured deliverables. This role will work closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to ensure the successful delivery of innovative blockchain-based projects.Key Responsibilities1. Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables for Web3 and blockchain initiatives.2. Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business, functional, and non-functional requirements.3. Create high-quality documentation including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), process flows, use cases, and user stories.4. Conduct gap analysis and impact assessment to ensure alignment between business needs and system capabilities.5. Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring accurate translation of requirements for development and implementation.6. Support Agile/Scrum teams with backlog management, sprint planning, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).7. Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, and provide actionable recommendations to mitigate project challenges.8. Maintain comprehensive records of project decisions, changes, and approvals to ensure traceability.9. Keep up-to-date with Web3, blockchain, DeFi, Gaming-Metaverse and tokenization trends to provide insights into potential business opportunities.10. Assist in prioritizing project initiatives based on strategic value, stakeholder input, and feasibility.Required Qualifications & Skills- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Web3- Gaming-Metaverse, blockchain along with fintech, or financial services is added advantage- MBA in Finance or equivalent business/finance qualification is preferred.- Strong documentation skills with a proven ability to create structured, comprehensive, and clear business and functional documentation.- Deep understanding of blockchain concepts, decentralized finance, tokenization, and related technologies.- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with high attention to detail.- Ability to manage multiple project elements and priorities simultaneously.
